Want Verizon to fix it?
|
I was told by several Verizon reps if I really wanted Verizon to take note and fix problems that do not seem to get much action to request to have a "Verizon voice of the customer" complaint form filled out and ask for the file number and check back and ask what progress is on it and have the verizon rep document I called to check progress. This assures that Verizon’s own sort of quality control department follows up the problem. Rack up enough and they will take note/change/fix our problems. Plus for every one that does not show progress you can request a credit of at least $20.00 (Verizon policy) if the customer asks for credit if no progress is made or you can ask the Verizon rep prove you dropped calls from your phone record that they can show it was dropped at a certain time/day that you say. I have over hundred dollars in credit on a problem I have had/not getting fixed. At least it makes me feel better that I have more cash. Verzion is telling each time now they will fix my problem ASAP that started for weeks ago (my phone tends to want go to analog fro time to time with in a couple miles around my house and I live in a well populated area ,its not my phone since it was replaced FOUR times /once with a different model thinking it was and have not had this problem before four weeks ago)
Same goes with Verizon fixing problems with fixing the way our phones work. Like the known problems we all complain about on the for example Audiovox 8600.

The exact name of the TWO forms verizon reps can fill out that Verizon has is to get things fixed
1) "Verizon voice of the customer"
2) "Trouble Ticket"
The "Trouble Ticket" once submited has a tracking number to keep updated and is the one to request to make changes happen since it can have on record what the concern is and what Verizon has done and when to fix it with on record when you call to check on it.
Sorry I didn't mention it in the first post. I forgot thier is two ways and wanted to be sure every one knows how to get problems fixed!
