i just looked on the website home page and when the x-tc shows up under the price it says 19.99 airtime included

Here is a screen shot form a minute ago. Shows the same $99.99 price for me. If you saw it for $19.99, I would've jumped on that mistake really quick.

Got my X-TC and everybody at my job say $100 is a great deal on my phone. One has a Sidekick and the other an LG VU.
My Favorite part and the best deal ever is paying $30 less than Verizon...
