Wal-Mart does postpaid, bro... at least one of ours does. They have a kiosk at the front of the store. Before I stopped going there, nobody seemed sure whether to stock the prepaid phones at the front (with the postpaid, on a wall) or at the back (alongside their cards).

tl;dr Wal-Mart doesn't really do prepaid very well.
