Dealers: How long for your dealer info?

How long did it take you guys/gals to get your dealer info (own dealer login info so you get incentives and stuff)? I've been waiting for probably 7 months

Yeah some dealers will screw you around like that i can name you 2 dealers in Calgary and one in Vancouver and TOO MANY in Edmonton that will wait and wait and wait and wait to give you your logins

oh oh oh but wait.. "in the meantime while you wait you can use mine or sara's"

next time your DDm is in the store.. tell him/her..

Get you DDM involved. If you manager/owner are jerking you around like that it is wrong. On all Telus promos/contests they do not allow activation "pooling" or reps loading all under one rep.

They can get in big trouble.

PLUS - you are missing out on Telus 1, shares and residuals.

I have no idea who our DDM is. I think its just time for me to look for a new job, im tired of this. I shouldn't have to ask every 2 weeks whats going on, and I sure shouldn't have to wait over a month for it. My training was done within a month or less and everything. I know its not my managers fault, and I hate to get angry at him but its annoying.

let them know you are going to quit unless you get your rep #.

as long as you have done all your telus training (on the web) you get you rep # - it takes 48hrs to get - MAX

If you dealership is dragging their feet this long - it is not a good dealer to work for and they do not value their staff.
