Are you still going through Cingular - now the NEW ATT? I'm not sure what has been affected by the switch over. There are no issues with the other carriers I've tested it with.
I would suggest you un-install and re-install the progie. I'm guessing you un-installed the previous version instead of overwriting the new one on it. I tried overwriting the older version initially, but had similar issues. That's why I put a verbiage in the guide book to un-install previous versions before the installing this new one.
Does not work for me either with Tmobile working. also does Desktop software work with BIS or only BES. if i delete an email from outlook will it also delete the email from the p990 and vice versa?

That would be part of the Reconcile feature (BIS/BES) and you may choose whether the handset commands (i.e. delete, move, etc.) wins or not. I'm currently using T-Mo on my handset and I have no issues to report yet.
Bigfeat, here is the process i follow, using BIS. I delete the message from the handeld and then reconcile, however it does not delte on my outlook? any suggestions
OK. I figured out my problem. For some reason outlook was in offline mode. Once I put it back online, all is well. Desktop connects to the phone, corp emails are back and mikey still loves the kids...too much.
