You need SK Tools Lite, available here:

    http://s-k-tools.com/index.html?sktools/m_lite.html

    1) Download the zipped cab file for WM5/6,
    2) Unzip it onto your computer,
    3) connect your phone to the computer via activesync, and
    4) drag the cab file onto your phone,
    5) use your File Explorer program to navigate to the directory where you copied it (the standard is the My Documents folder) and then click on it to install. Follow the directions to install it to the phones internal memory, or alternatively a memory card if you have one installed, and ta-dah, you've installed the program.
    6) run SKTools Lite
    7) Click the View softkey, and then hit #3 for the maintenance options
    8) Click your center button in the D-pad to enter the Notifications Queue
    9) Use your d-pad to scroll down the notification list and at the end you should see a lot of checked boxes that say "Windows/clock.exe." Those are your backed-up phantom alarms. Make sure that nothing else is checked aside from those boxes.
    10) Click the Action softkey, and select "Delete Marked." Confirm it, and say goodbye to the phantom alarms.
    11) Hit the Tools Softkey, and exit out of the program.

Repeat this process regularly and you shouldn't have any problem with the alarm going off at random times. There's a process to automate it in the Scheduling options in the tools menu, but I haven't tried that yet.

    Best of luck.

Hey guys I have a question and I've been searching for an hour with no luck.
I've had my dash for about a year. I was using Tzones and then changes to the BB internet plan. How do I set this up on the phone to allow full internet access? I was told that by just changing plans it was supposed to reset but that didn't happen. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do?

I see no reason to change to the Internet plan. If you make the changes which are well documented on this site, you get full access to the Internet with the t-zones plan. Been doing this for over a year

Changing your internet plan won't configure your phone for you. Your best bet is just to call tech support and ask them to walk you through the configuration.

    1. Where did you download them from?
    2. Are you sure you installed them, or did you just download the necessary files?
    3. If you're confident that you installed them, have you scrolled through your entire Start menu to ensure they are not among the menu items listed? Just because it's a game doesn't mean it's going to be put into the game folder.

    Hi Joelpk,

The only reason that I wanted to change my plan was because of the inability to get my gmail on the dash. I've been using the tzones since I had my MDA in 2006. I did switch to the BB unlimited which included 1000 minutes, text messages, and data. But after realizing that I could only get my email to work I decided that just going back to tzones would be best for me.

Still trying to figure out the gmail though

    Hi locojones:

I'm not sure of anything... but I downloaded them from one of the sites recommended here on this site... I think it was www.mobilephoto.net or something like that...

In each case, I "DOWNLOADED" the file, it said it installed (to <ROOT>)... and then I played the games... but when I go back to play them later, I can't find them... I did look through all the icons in the START dir and they are not there...

Ok, it's possible that you downloaded some Java games. Try going to Start>Applications Folder and then running the Java Applications program. It might have a listing of the games in there.

Alternatively, you can run the File Explorer program from the Start menu, and go back to your download directory and see what kind of files you downloaded and try installing them again.

    Ringtones for Groups

Does anyone know if a ringtone can be established for a group of contacts? Using Outlook email/ActiveSynch, and contacts grouped by Company.
