Hey Staulkor, can you update the FAQ? There has been a ton of new tips/tricks since you last updated. I think you can just Pm the moderator and he'll update it.

Here's a couple of good questions that would be useful in the FAQ:
1) So, is there a way to actually kill APPS when you hit the Red End Key? I hate that I have to go into Task Manager everytime you lock the phone to end all the running apps
2) I take it there is no screen brightness adjustment available on the Dash & Windows Smartphones?

Use a 3rd party app like xBar to kill apps, just like you have to with the MDA. The End key isn't going to do it for you. There are no brightness controls, but I'd bet it could be done with software. Be more specific with your 3rd question. You don't want it to lock when you lock the phone? That doesn't make much sense to me.
Hi guys. I have a small question. Is it me or is it that hard to open the battery door for the Dash. How do you guys open it? I tried by putting 2 fingers on either side of the phone and trying to slide it down, but sometimes it wont budge.

It should be easy to open, just place your fingers on the back near the Windows Mobile logo and slide downwards, don't try to pry it up.
Been browsing for a while trying to get GMail to work with my Dash. Problem: Gmail messages keep disappearing! Messages that download in one run will disappear when you check your mail again.
Possible solution: in the username settings for the gmail account, change the userid field from youruserid@gmail.com to recent:youruserid@gmail.com.
My data plan is hosed for the next few hours because of a long troubleshooting session with T-Mobile trying to get this to work, so I can't test it. But it worked when testing with mail2web.com. Hope this fixes this nagging problem for everyone. I almost returned my Dash over this!
Why doesn't the "Silent" profile silence all sounds?????? Media Player still plays even with the "Silent" profile turned on. I wish it just had a hardware switch to disable the speaker.
What about when you have a BT headset connected you cant put the phone in silent mode. There is no way quick way to turn off the sounds, you have to go through the profiles menu and change it than change it back. PITA!!!!!
