Quick answer: Yes....and No.
Why: Mail2Web push services are free however you will have an email account set up as
xxxxxxx@mail2web.com and you would have to either forward all of your email to that address for real time delivery or change your email address to a mail2web domain. Now if you want to change your email address then yes everything is free and you can stop reading.
Now if you want to keep your existing email address such as
xxxxx@gmail.com. You would have to pay $1.99/mo for their premium service. This would allow you to spoof the mail2web address to whatever you want as long as you own the spoofed address. So you could forward your gmail account to mail2web. Receive your email to your device real time and reply and to the receipient it would look like you are replying from your gmail account. If you dont pay for the service your receipient would see
xxxxxxx@mail2web.com.
If you solely want to use the address just so you could view your email real time then what I would suggest is to forward your email to your mail2web account but check the option to keep your forwarded mail on the original server (Gmail has this option) and then you can view your email real time for free and then reply from your account when you get back to your computer.
Hopefully that makes some sense and gives you a couple of different options.
With the paid or premium service you can also sync your calendar, notes, and contacts to the mail2web server so it works well as a back up in case you lose your phone, break it, etc...
