Did VZW release the new firmware for the E815? What's new in it?

I guess. I took my phone in for a VCAST issue (which didn't get fixed...) and they flashed my phone and the software changed.

I don't know what's changes or anything, mainly because I have no clue what to look for. If you want, posts requests in this thread and I'll see what I can figure out.

I just got off the phone with VZW and they told me that they released a firmware update for the Krzr K1m on June 27, 2007 but they did not tell me what the version number is.

You know, since Alltel's shipping their new e815s with the new firmware, why doesn't someone who has the old firmware use MSU to get the new upgrade?
    AT&T needs to hurry up...

I just got my K1m flashed to this firmware today and a couple of things I have noticed so far is the Web sessions menu is gone from the *073887# menu and now when the phone is closed if you press the side button for the speakerphone for 2 to 3 seconds then release the music player will start and start playing all songs.

MSU doesn't support the E815 for alltel only the K1M and the Q

Did it fix the ring and vibrate problem?

Where when you change it to vibrate you loose your custom ringtones.
