External pop email and 6 mb limit

I am looking into possibly getting a sidekick. I understand that if I have pop email from other accounts forwarded directly to the sidekick account, that will use up space on the sidekick server. I wanted to confirm whether pulling email from the pop account would also use up server space (in other words, would it also count towards the 6 mb limit).

I believe it does. That's all I use.
