    I hope this is true, but that person has posted some questionable things before with apparent ignorance as to their actual contents. He also recently hosed his e815 by flashing a V3c firmware to it.

    Caution is advised...

    Celhack says he has a Movistar E815 monster file.
    sprut70 says he has a Verizon Puerto Rico E815 monster file.

    If both are telling the truth, I will streak across my college campus.

    If this thing is legit. What good does a monster file do for us other than unbricking a Bell flash?

    I find it unlikely a monster file is named MONSTER in the name...but if it is legit, we'll see.

    (Have you seen enough CDMA monster files to make such a judgment?)

    If this is legit. What can we do with it?

    It appears from the number to be a minor upgrade to the 00 firmware since it's incrementally higher. It may be useful for debricking phones.

    Might add some features to it as well. Actaully, what it probably does is takes out the actual bluetooth code if its a Verizon Monster pack

    VRZPR = Verizon Puerto Rico

    The Verizon PR E815 has the VZ Navigator.
