Here's a real REAL dumb question - when I enable Facade on my BJ, it seems no matter what theme I put on there, the shortcut bar shows up at the top of the homescreen. Am I jsut not looking in the right place, or is there a specific theme or setting to get the shortcuts along the bottom as pictured in that lovely Scarlett Johansen screen above?

Since I take it that you don't know xml, ill make this real easy for you.
When you scroll down, the 1st home screen that you can download is called speed. Download it and open it. There are 2 major files in it, one is called speed.jpg and the other is speed.xml
Copy the file speed.xml to your computer. Now download that picture of Scarlet (or any other picture you might want) to your computer and rename it speed.
Now connect your BJ and open active sync. Go into 'My Windows Based Device' > Application Data > Home. Now drag in the file called speed.xml and the picture called speed.jpg.
Now go into facade settings and 'speed' will be a choice as a background. Choose it and press ok. Now that should be the background and fill the entire screen (w/o the blue bar on top).
Make sure that the normal background is set to 'default'.
Did that, but when Facade comes into play, the shortcuts still show up at the top, not at the bottom. I'll try again later, but I've put the Jeep theme and Firefighters theme on my BJ and both times, Facade moved the shorcuts to the top.

Wow, I totally misread what you were asking. Go into facade, hit menu and go into plugins. You have to highlight iconbar and move it down to the bottom of the order.

Duh, sorry.
Not a problem. That did it, and I thank you, kind sir.
The Home Screen? You don't need facade for the home screen. He was talking about moving the facade quick launch icons to the bottom of the screen from the top.
I have a question about the xml file to change a homepage.
After downloading to my PC I cannot copy them for some reason onto the application/home folder. It doesn't give me the option of pasting a xml file there.
I don;t have facade, nor is my blackjack app unlocked. Is this the problem?
Okay, so I like having the shortcuts to the start menu icons on my Home Screen. However, I can only scroll though them by using the right and left arrow keys.
Is there anyway to scroll through them by using the jog wheel on the side of the Blackjack?

I just installed the XML and JPEG into the App DATA>Home and went to Display>homescreen and picked it, then set background to the jpeg I loaded. Went to mainscreen a wala.... the launch icons were all @ the bottom.

Yeah, I had that too without Facade...but here's the thing - those launch icons are constantly changing based on what you used last. Facade lets you pick which icons / shortcuts you want there, and they stay there. To me, that's a huge positive, as the order doesn't change, new icons aren't added, etc. PLUS, I can now keep a battery and memory meter right in that bar, making it easier to keep track of the phone status.

it will require you to use both hands but you can do it. Use the Fn button while scrolling, and it will scroll left/right in most applications.
hope that is what you are looking for

Has anyone come up with a good way to get threaded SMS conversations for the BJ? I really miss that functionality from my Treo palm. (I want to send/receive SMS messages in a GMail type of threaded conversation window)
