Dumb question, my change to SERO officially went into effect today. How can I tell if I have the free picture messaging?

I sent the email to customer care stating my case - if they want to retain my business, the ball is in their court. If they don't mind watching a $100/mo+ 2 line customer leave to try out another product, then I guess I either won't be hearing back from them or they will give me another insulting offer - phones and terms equal to or worse than the deals available to anyone who walks in off the street, which is the nonsense they offered me in the past.Originally Posted by stinkysnowman
They have some more phones available now. Grey Razr, and the samsung a900. I have until the 3rd of Feb to switch phones and I currently have the black Katana.
Should I swap it for the A900? It's a powe vision phone, as opposed to the "vision" katana.
i called retention a couple times today. they all told me i have to do the sero plan online and change my number. is there anyway i can keep my number?
The question of whether existing Sprint customers can move to SERO has been discussed extensively. In a nutshell, what seems to have happened is those who are persistent and/or lucky have been able to move. Those who try only once or twice have typically given up in frustration.
slickdeals.net has an extensive thread on this as does fatwallet.com

A Mod On This Board Said You Can't Do Upgrades On This Plan. You'd Have To Switch Plans Or Pay Full Price.Originally Posted by Marshalus
Ok, I just called sprint. But unfortunately they couldn't do anything yet, cause I am in the process of switching from nextel to sprint. Once I am completely switched I will try again. But the lady told me the only way to get on a SERO plan is to not be already using sprint. She also said that each member had to be referred by an employee. I asked how, and she said they (the employees), have to fill out something special for each member they want to refer. I hope I get someone easier next time I call.
Is SERO a local or nationwide plan? My apologies if this is a stupid question, but when I click on the "plan coverage map" link on the SERO website, it shows a map of my local area. It does say no charge for roaming. I want to know if I can travel throughout the country and use my phone without being charged.
So i had a nextel phone and i decided to do SERO. A sprint manager told me to get the sero plan wait 30 days from activation and then port over my number from nextel. I havent seen a bill for nextel so I dont know if i got charged ETF, we will see
