has the m500 ever been on there? my friend wants to sign up and thats the perfect phone for her, but its not there. with the new return policies someone said you can now exchange them in-store, but id imagine thats wrong?

OK, so the retentions rep said she'd offer me a free text messaging bundle, but since I just activated the phone I would have to wait 30 days till she could add the free text messaging and to just call back and refer back to her notes.
So... is she bsing? Shouldn't be able to add it right away regardless if I just activated?

I totally agree with what Tel0004 said. Get what you gotta get now cause if you aren't pleased you have the option to cancel, if you wait like she requested you're stuck. They can modify accounts anytime, that 30 day wait sounds like bs.

I think I recall seeing it on the list briefly before the RAZR appeared, but even if I'm correct it doesn't mean it will return. A shared plan option also appears there occasionally but rarely, and when it does it doesn't stay for long.

I would call back now to have some one read you the notes, If its there they have to add it. It may take a manager to do it but it would get done.

Good luck getting it added. I really want to get this plan for the 4 members of my household but the text messaging is the only thing preventing me from doing so. We all use a ridiculous amount of text messaging per month and I don't know if its worth chancing to have it added.

It seems that the PC Cards are really not worth much at all on ebay. Does anyone know how much an Express card would be if i bought it a lone and where i could even buy it without a contract?

Yes, I have this, but it's the normal additional charge. When I got a friend a SERO plan the option for TEP was not there, so after you add Sprint service, just go to your online account and add it.

$7 for TEP
