    Hi, I ordered on the 18th through the phone. I was wondering if it was a mistake because I was charged $9.99 as a processing fee. I was told it would be the same as ordering online.

    + I have the SERO plan, $30 per month, but not with unlimited text messaging. At that time, it was $10 for text messaging, now I see they're offering it free! Is there anyway I can get them to add this onto my plan seeing that I ordered 2-3 days before this offer?

    I ordered mine on the 13th and just called them this morning. They added free text messaging without a question.

    Correction on my last statement. I checked my account and they added Text Messaging alright, but at $15 !!!!. I called them again and got the "I don't know anything about SERO" reply. They did take off the offending Text Messaging at $15. I called the number for sales on the SERO site and was told that I would have to go into a store to have my entire plan changed to the new one with the text messaging. They couldn't just add it on.
    I am beginning to wonder if anyone actually knows how to do this. I feel that I'm just being passed on to the next person/store so they can get me off the line.
    If anyone actually has a "good" phone number to get this done, I would appreciate it.

    What they might have set up is 15 dollar SMS then a 15 credit...... So you might have messed it up. You should have checked to see if they had a credit set up or waited till your bill.

    The savings@sprint.com email address no longer works. It did five hours ago, and I was able to dig up the phone number listed to subscribe to the SERO plan. It is 888.882.4030 Unfortunately, it looks like a general number and when I select option 1 to go to sales, I get disconnected.

    My luck sucks. I'm out of contract with Verizon in July and I just started shopping around for a new phone and maybe provider when I stumbled upon SERO on Friday. Hopefully, a working email address will be found and SERO will be available once again.

    You have to call Employee Accounts they will fix it.....They're really the one your suppose to be calling if you have a SERO plan....The # is listed about 4 pages back

    tried loggin on with my friend's sero email account and I get the following:

    "Email address not recognized. Please check the spelling of the email address you entered."

    And it's not the email address as it worked last night. Spelling is correct, but I can't seem to go online and proceed to login to the Sero Sprint side. Nextel Sero works fine with this email. Is Sprint Sero site temporarily down? thanks

    inPhonics is no longer in charge of new SERO accounts. All new SERO accounts now go directly through Sprint Solutions. This is great news, as it extents your return and cancellation period to 30 days. You can now also exchange your phone directly at any Sprint Corporate store. SERO is NOT set to expire any time soon. Note though that certain promotions are set to expire (such as the unlimited text and the $100 instant discount on the 700WX). Check the SERO page frequently for new promotions.

    The last time I called that number, yesterday, I was told sero was not a business plan and I should call *2 instead.
    The rep took care of me and then reminded me not to call the business line for sero.

    To bad.
    They actually spoke english.

    yeah site changed, now you have to call for sprint's sero accounts. Sucks!

    Just called the business accounts #, she had no problem adding it but it did restart the contract. I'm only about 2 months in, so it doesn't matter to me.
