Okay, since I have known about SERO, and just last week, several Sprint reps have told me I must activate new lines of service and that each line would have its own $30 Sero Plan.

Even conceeding you point about what the site says....

If it is CLEARLY on the site, why does the question of a SERO plan gets asked so often?

    Question for you guys.

I just jumped on this Sero Plan and got the Sanyo Katana phone.

I was talking to a sprintpcs rep today and he was telling me about my plan. I was currently logged into my sprint account online and was looking at my current features as he was reading the off.

He didn't mention "Unlimited Vision Access " and so I asked him I thought I also had this feature. He said that simply means that I can access the web and download applications for 3 centks a kilobyte , or if I wanted to I could add that feature for a monthly rate of 15 dollars for unlimited data.

The details on the sero plan state the following

Sprint Vision or Power Vision Included Free
Transform your wireless experience from functional to fantastic with features and content that are very visual, extra entertaining, and perfectly personalized. Customers who choose a Power Vision(sm) or Sprint PCS Vision(sm) phone will also receive:

    - Unlimited Web access
    - Unlimited email and instant messaging - AOL, MSN and Yahoo
    - Unlimited Sprint PCS Picture Mail(sm) with Video Mail

I was under the impression that my Sanyo Katana would be able to check the web and stuff without any additional fees. Am I wrong here?

I already downloaded Gmail so I know I'm gonna catch some surcharges there if the service rep was correct.

    What do you guys think?

I just learned of sero by reading these forums yesterday. The only thing that's keeping me from acting right now is the limited choice of phones. I don't like any of these phones. Has the list of phone been upgraded in the past? I would like to see the Sanyo M1, Samsung M610 or even the Samsung M500 added. I would be signing up as a new customer.
