So when you call you just say that an employee referred you to the site and this number? Do they ask for a email address?

Go to sprint.com/sero and enter savings@sprint.com when the page comes up there will be a phone number instead of the older online ordering form.

Well technically you don't need to enter the email address in the form. All you would need to know then is the phone number to call unless OVER the phone they ask for the email address which I was unsure if they did or notOriginally Posted by Sonix

Yes, but that method of getting sero is new today so they may change it thus making the effort a learning experience.Originally Posted by jasonscsn
BTW; while you have them on the phone can you ask if they can do the USB A aircard?
Some CSRs ask for the e-mail address and some don't. I used savings@sprint.com yesterday and the CSR accepted it.Originally Posted by outbreakm
They don't ask for the referring employee's name.

Anyone know how late the CS is open till? On the main site says Personal sales is open till 1 AM EST, other than that can't find much about times.
Edit: Ok under billing and support, says open till 10 local time.
Just signed up for SERO over the phone, the rep DID ask me for the email address of a sprint employee, so if you want one let me know and i can give you my friends. He also said it was available for all phones they carry, so I would assume the same is true for the wireless cards.
Just ordered Novatel U720 w/Sero for 99.99 (has $50 MIR bringing total down to 49.99). Unable to get the 29.99 unlimited data though (rep said "we don't offer that plan anymore"), guess they fixed the error pretty quickly. Might try again on the way home, talk to a different rep and see if that plan is still available.Originally Posted by Sonix
Are all of you who got SERO via the phone number on the "new" Sero website getting a new line i.e. a new phone number?
Anyone gotten SERO transferring/switching from regular Sprint PCS plan?
Tons of people have gotten it, its just more difficult there is a whole thread on existing customers getting SERO at Sprintusers.comOriginally Posted by MeMe2

And do these Sprint customers switched to SERO by calling employee services or regular csr?
I was on the phone for 53 minutes, the agent I spoke with said his system was down, he asked for my information 3 times. He said he would try again at a later time and if he wasnt able to do it he would then ask one of his coworkers to try. I tried calling again to get someone else and it was the same guy. Im kind of hesitant I've worked at a call center before and I know a lot of agents do not follow up.
Well today i was almost set until they said that the plan would not attatch it self to my number. Im not sure what that means. But they have made the effort to get it done. So they will call me back again to fix it, somehow.
May the good Lord smile on you today.....
Not sure. I hope it does. If it does, unless there are significant advantages to WM5 then I won't switch unless all of my current programs installed are fully compatible.Originally Posted by Sonix
