I tried searching through this (100 pg!) thread for information on this, but I didn't seem to find specifics:

Some people have mentioned giving a different zip code or location if you are not in a 'SERO area' -- how did you pull this off? According to the reps I've been on the phone with, my mailing address, my credit card address, and the address I give them for SERO verification have to be the same when I activate.

I can add or change credit card addresses to anything I want -- but then the phone has to be SHIPPED there. How did you guys get around this?

    Thanks.

Yes they are different. Picture mail comes with SERO which is part of the unlimited data Power vision. Text is something different but should also be included and be unlimited.

This is different from what I have. But I called CS and they said that I had unlimited texting for my phone.
My account says "casual SMS text messaging" In the "included" colum it says "0", then how many I've used which is "36", "remaining" it says "0", and then "Additional used" it says "36". Anyone else have this and have confirmed that they have unlimited?

so basically from what i have so far is that if you want to order from the SERO plan its best to call and order (888-211-4727) then to order from the site(since its done from a 3rd party)?

say if i ordered the treo755 now and want the 6800 when its released....will i be able to get it?....allot of people say you have to pay the price difference..but which price difference?

also can some one please run down the features of the power vision packages for me please....so far from what i can tell is that..SERO power vision is unlimited web...power vision access ($15) unlimited web+some tv....power vision professional ($25) unlimited web+more tv+gps
if i want to add the gps to the SERO how much extra will that be?....
    ....thank you....

I'm under the impression it's full retail to full retail, if anyone has anything different please reply.

I got my information from a CS rep who also said that adding m2m does reset your plan.

Sorry about not answering the rest of your post, but I can't understand what you want to know. What is included has been posted a few hundred times and is clearly stated in the sero page, and "GPS" means different things to different people. {sic}GPS can be a paid for service(and is not in sero), but it generally referring to a receiver witch you buy and use with a PDA/smart phone.

I think you will find that investigating for yourself will get you better results than reading posts from many different people!

I wonder if its time for a new SERO thread, as this one is now almost 100 pages long. If we start a new thread, we need to have page one as an FAQ, and have that person constantly update it. I think this will give the users a place to get info, and we wont have to keep answering the same questions over and over. The SERO thread at Slickdeals works really well, and its easy to refer people to post one, since it can be tough to find all the info in 100 pages of discussion.

I will volunteer to start the new thread, and keep it current with the promotions and such, but I wanted to get other peoples opinions before starting a new thread.

that is the thread I'm talking about, and I think its a great idea that should be adopted here.

Why not get the phone you want now...save yourself and Sprint some expensive grief!

You want more than 30 days...I really don't understand now so thats it for me.
The price of a smartphone is $650. That's not gonna persist.

I called the SERO number last night. I actually didnt get the plan because I had to pay a deposit which I didnt have at the moment (funny they wait to the last minute b4 they tell you that). but just wanted to let you guys know that the rep did not ask for any email address. My friend called this morning and he said the rep didnt ask him for any employee email either. Just in case you guys are worrying if you cant get it without a employee email. Seems like they are not asking for one, but it probably all depends on what rep you get.

No. thats not correct. If you were to sell your phone before then and buy another one, THEN they'd hit you with that fee. You're allowed to add features

Well I finally got set up with Sero & the Treo 755p. The 2nd time I called in, the rep didn't even ask me for an e-mail address so it doesn't seem to be consistant, varies from rep to rep. The phone got here in 1 day, I was so surprised it was so quick !!! Thanks everyone for your help & suggestions.

I just called and got the free text added, under current usage it says unlimited, used 2, remaining unlimited. Does anyone know when or if this will expire or will they start charging for it? I asked how long this promo was for and was told that she didn't know. Also noticed that it doesn't show up under "Plan Details" which leads me to believe its a permanent promo.

Unlimited is for the duration of the contract and then will remain in place until superceded by another plan. It is a GREAT deal!
