I got my exchange the old fashioned way. 2 hours on the phone with sprint cs!
I don't know about where to find the clause because I didn't get a copy of it since it was electronic. As far as I know you sign a Inphonic and Sprint contract when you sign up. I had problems because I changed phone number and plans after signing up. (long story) Tks to HoFo I learned about this ETF and called Inphonics. I got some Indian guy who I could tell was reading off of a computer screen answers to my questions. I wanted to return the phone but was outside my 30 day window. I asked to talk to a supervisor and she extended my grace period and put notes into my account that I would be returning the phone late, but that I was not to be charger an ETF. So far so good, I have received a credit on my credit card for returning the phone. We will see about the rest, but so far so good.Originally Posted by Mark Larson
If you want specifics I would recommend calling, you might have to talk to a supervisor, she could actually reason and understand my situation, instead of just reading predetermined answers to my questions.
No, if you order a Fusic from SERO it is $10 total that's it. Assuming they still sell it to you since it was listed as only being available until 05/31/07. If you order through Sprint.com it is $90 with an $80 mail in rebated.Originally Posted by gbf999

The SERO website now lists it as being available until 6/17/07:Originally Posted by OPD1026

Hmm I don't know what to tell you if the first 1551 posts and 103 pages didn't explain it well enough.
Go here it tells pretty much everything about it SEROOriginally Posted by pepowdylan
Don't worry too much about those guys, they just wanted you to do some reading and searching because all your answers are already here in this thread, so go to that link to SD and start reading and read some more it's all in there.
The answer to your other question is kinda up in the air though, the program started out for just themployees and referrals, but it seems to me that Sprint wants to build up their customer base and get a bunch of good word of mouth for the future. (I mean there isn't too much bad you can say about Sero).
HELLLO SERO USERS!!!
I Just got signed onto sprint FROM HELIO!!! SWEEEEEEeeeeeT FREEDOM!
I got the SERO500 plan, but on my bill I noticed it says "fair and flexible"I read on some threads that this is normal but I have one question........I talked to the rep when I activated the plan and he assured me it had UNLIMITED text and picture meesaging but when I checked my account online.........I didnt say that..I saw UNLIMITE sprint Vision....and other things....I guess im REALLY new to the Sprint game but can any SERO useres help me out to wether I need to address a customer service rep?

"To Whom It May Concern,
I just recently received my new phone under the SERO plan and was told that free unlimited text messaging was added to my account. However, when logging onto my account at sprint.com, the text messaging shows 0 included.
I would appreciate it if you can add "free unlimited text messaging" to my SERO plan.
I greatly appreciate your time and assistance.
Sincerely,"
2 days later:
Thank you for contacting Sprint. I will be happy to add Unlimited Text Messages.
I apolozige for not being added Unlimited Text Messages to the account.
I reviewed your account and noticed that Unlimited Text Messages was not added to the Plan. As per your request I have added Unlimited Text Messages to the account effective June 10, 2007. Please be assured that your account will not be charged for Text Message.
We welcome you and look forward to have long lasting relationship with you.
Thank you for contacting us. Have a great day.
To the new people, don't forget to get a hold of a friend you know who has Sprint. They can refer you by dialing "#REF" then you and your friend get a $25 gift card.
