Just ordered a Q w/ the Sero 500 for $30 plan. I was wondering where they ship from and I also received a tracking number, where can I track the phone?

Oh and the rep also asked if I was interested in a broadband card for my computer at the end. Without thinking too much about it i rejected the offer thinking there would be extra fees associated with it; would there be or did I make a stupid move?

Ny is a B---- you'd be looking at $10 txt a month for a 30$ plan.....

- Do what I do use a family address in NJ or DE and then sign up for E-Billing....Jersey and Deleware have the cheapest taxes on the E Coast....

If it starts with a 1z......it should be UPS out of Kentucky. Goto www.ups.com and enter the tracking number.

This is an internal Sprint order number not a UPS tracking number. You will have to call back later tonight to get the tracking number for UPS.

Can someone PM me a SERO e-mail. I already have SERO, but they are giving me a hard time porting my girlfriend's number over on a new acct...WHY I ASK??? WHY??? They keep patronizing for an e-mail.

Whoa they let you order a Q through Sero at the $79 price? I've been trying to get a Q through Sero since Monday but they are saying an error in the system is causing them to only be able to sell it for the full $300 price. And just to make sure the rep wasn't kidding me I called the Sero line again yesterday and today and spoke to a different rep in a different call center who also said they aren't able to order the Q at the discounted price yet.

I ordered two sero 500 lines and I got the phones today. When I log onto my account online, I can clearly see that both lines have the sero 500 plan. However, I don't see anything in my plan details that mentions unlimited text messaging. I am calling sprint now to straighten it out. I also wanted insurance on both phones but it is only on one phone.

I also have 2 sero plans, how do you see the 2nd plan?

Forget that my account now shows a drop down to select accounts.

BUT, I have no free texts also, I see "CASUAL SMS TEXT MESSAGING" and that scares me because if they change the plan you won't be able to see the details again until next month!

If you want to see what text messaging plan you have, you must send or get a message before it will show up online. Then you can call and complain if it says CASUAL SMS TEXT MESSAGING instead of TEXT MESSAGES UNLIMITED. (Mine says both because they didn't remove the 1 message like they said they would.)

When I log in, both numbers appear on one account. It seems like they are billed together. I can view the usage and plan details by clicking on the appropriate link next to the phone number. Should it be like this?

When they add unlimited text it shows up online instantly.
