Virgin Mobile Voicemail Access Number ?

Is there a voicemail access number for Virgin Mobile other than using my actual cell phone number to get access?

I called support and they said they didn't have one, but I find it hard to believe this number doesn't exist.

    Thanks!

    Jarrett

unless you mean is there another way of accessing your VOICEMAIL rather than just your VM phone, then yes.

you can ALWAYS check it from any other phone, for example, LANDLINE.
    1. call your cell phone.
    2. end the call or wait for the voicemail to come up.
    3. then hit the (*) key the instant you hear your voicemail.
    4. then enter your voicemail passcode.

    there ya go.

It used to be that you could access voicemail from a regular phone by calling the first 3-digits of your phone number and the numeric equivalent to MAIL, but Sprint disabled that backdoor voicemail access earlier this year.

Sometimes it asks you for a 10 digit mailbox number, if it does, put in your cell # with area code first.

I apologize if they didn't tell you that, we have a lot of temp help this time of year.

    Which brings me to say...

I HATE REPROGRAMMING PHONES! that's all i did all day...

Marco, you have outlined the way to change your voicemail message, not how to access your messages.

To access your voicemail from a landline: Look up the number for voicemail on your phone. Call that number from a landline. When asked for your mailbox number, punch in your cell-phone number (10 digits). Then proceed as directed by the prompts.

I also had a quick question about Voicemail. I bought an iPhone 4 and it does the visual voicemail app. Am I using minutes by checking visual voicemail?

Nope, you don't use minutes checking via visual voicemail.
