wow...im baffled over that...umm...i have no clue how to get around that, the only alternative is to upload the photos via WAP, which will only cost you the amount charged from your service to download (AT&T: $0.03/KB | Cingular: $0.005/KB) You can always send them to me and i'll put them on my server for you to download them to your phone. I just signed up at that website you mentioned and I will check it out and see if i get the same results.

I think I may have figured out my problem. Some how when I saved it as 128x128 and click on details on my phone it says it's only 120x96. So something went wrong there. I will try to fix that.

My next question.. is there a way to delete wallpaper pics from my gallery folder on my phone?

OK, you can (1) register at my site for free and upload your wallpapers and rintones there anytime you like (http://www.jimboscomp.com), OR (2) you can directly e-mail them to me. Either way I'll put them on my WAP site for you.

    jclack@jimboscomp.com

I found out that on the myphonefiles.com, it's no different, you still use WAP if you go through them, so it is never completely free to download the wallpapers whether you go through me or the myphonefiles.com servers.

Thanks, and yes I understand it's not completely 'free'.. that's not the real issue.. my problem was that it was not completely filling up the screen when set as a wallpaper. I may have to play around with it a little more. I've had it about.. 12hrs so I'm very new to this phone. Thanks for all your help.. and if I run into any problems along the way I will send you the pic so maybe you can figure out what I'm doing wrong. Thanks again for your help.. I appreciate it!

I think we've all tried this, and VERY FEW have been successful. I've tried e-mailing the pix over (failure), sending an MMS message to my phon from my comp (failure, no programs to do that anymore). The most efficient way to do these image transfers would to buy the DKU-5 cable or a cable compatible with your phone and transfer the images that way with a program such as MOBIMB, Oxygen Phone MAnager 2

Here is my question. I'm new here.
When we update to phone through PC suit 5 "Image Converter" the programe asked for the compression 1 to 100. I want to know which size is the best for the passive screens like 6610? I want best image but sometimes when i give 100% the image flickers or lines appeared. Any help would be appreciated.

that's when you are putting up a JPG or JPEG picture... the less the number is, the smaller the file size is and the blury and crappy the picture gets. if you choose 100%, you will get the best result your screen can handle, bcuz the picture will be on the highest quality and the largest size which will not exceed the original file size.

    i hope it helped
