Thanks for the wap settings. It worked like a charm on my 6100.
Do you have any idea how to connect the 6100 to a palm over infrared to gprs?
I'm currently subscribed to teh $20, 10mb vpn plan.
Have done a search but am still not sure what the phone and palm settings are.

These instructions worked very well for my Nokia 6100 GPRS connection over infrared to a Sony Clie TG-50.
That should work... only difference from the posted settings is the homepage... after that it worked. If MMS still doesn't work, call CS and tell them you want to enable MMS. Should work after that...
Data Bearer: GPRS
AP name: internet2.voicestream.com
Username: None
Prompt Password: No
Password: **** (whatever was in there for default)
Authentication: Normal
Gateway IP: 216.155.165.50
Homepage: None
Connection Security: Off
Session Mode: Temporary (default is Permanent) (not sure the diffrence in this)
Under Advanced Settings
Phone IP Address: Dynamic
Primary Name Server: 216.155.175.170
Second Name Server: 215.155.175.171
Server Address: None
Port number: 8080 (Default is 0 and he said 80 may work but he prefered 8080)
I know alot of you may already know or have this in your phone, but if not maybe this might fix your problems.... This information will work for your Unlimited GPRS acct that is $19.99
Ok. Great. But how do you apply this to the 6820 nokia fuzy bear? What the heck is a proxy and then a port? I cannot enter the IP address anywhere on this phone nor can I enter into temporary session. This is not entry for IP and the session mode is always permenant.
