Yes, and not only that, I believe that you'd be charged airtime for the fowarded call accordingly.Originally Posted by zerock

I'm trying to send a pic for my wall paper and a ringtone to my 6030 pre pay phone. the files are very small. I sent it from my computer via email to the above.
the pic is 17.6 KB and is 128 x 128 resolution
the ringtone is a midi file and is only 5.48KB
what am I doing wrong??? Is what I want to do possible?? and if so, how can I do it?
TIA![]()
The other address is for text only. Try you10digitphonenumber@mms.att.net for pics and stuff.Originally Posted by 6236inewbie

Do I have to enable something for this to work on the nokia 6030 pre pay phone??
Would wireless data use trigger this $1 charge?Originally Posted by DonaldMick

No. It will not.Originally Posted by zzsignup
helloo I'm new here, I have question regarding the prepaid from AT&T, I have an unlocked Razr V6 Maxx, but the phone won't connect to the 3g network of AT&T, is there any way to connect to the 3g network??? or you must have a contract??
Thanks. I'm assuming the 'free' M2M use will trigger it?Originally Posted by Jairzinho

Yes they do have 3g towers in my area, but I call them and they told me that 3g is not available for prepaid users![]()
As of this posting, here are the in stock prepay go phones for under $50.
SE J220 @ $9.99 (refurb)
Nokia 2610 @ $29.99 (refurb)
Nokia 6030 @ $29.99 (refurb)
Motorola C139 @ $39.99 ($20 mail in rebate = $19.99)
Motorola C168i @ $39.99
Pantech C120 @ $49.99 (refurb)
Prices before taxes (I live in ohio, and I had around .60 worth of taxes).
The Pantech is the cheapest (without contract) phone with a camera and Java onboard (both Nokia's have Java but lack camera). For $50 I wouldn't consider it a bad purchase.
We have a crappy Motorola L2 for work that is on Cingular Network. I was wondering can I buy one of these "GoPhones" at a great price and not activate it or anything and just take the chip/SIM out of my L2 and put it in the new GoPhone and have it work? I would love to upgrade to a better phone but since it is for work I don't want to pay much. The company is too cheap to get us decent phones.
I was thinking of a Pay as you go Phone...
