I do not know if there is any place here that has all the information you might want.

Treatz has an FAQ on common terminology (as well as his quirky version) on the Rogers sub-forum. BYOD is not on there, though -- that is an American creation. Treatz's thread may help you, though.

On second thought, it has been edited down to just the quirky abbreviations they use there. I can't seem to find a dictionary of abbreviations here currently.

Add $30 Unlimited data plan for monthly plans for both feature and 3G Smartphones as well as $10/25 megs for feature phones with the new Verizon prepaid plan expansion.

$10 for 25MB? Umm... seems a little expensive to me.

Oh yeah, the new (well it was new when it came out) 1.99 a day unlimited talk/2 cents a text plan for feature phones on days used should be mentioned . This took place in December of last year.
