Call someone without it showing up on the bill.

Is there any way to call someone with it showing up on the bill? For example, say I want to call someone but I don't want their area calling from, phone number, and how long i talked to them to show up...is there a special way to dial or something to do this?

    Not that I know of.

Why would you want to do that anyways?

The only reason I can think of is a familytalk user trying to hide activity

No way that I know of. Use a different phone

even cheaper, buy a 2 dollar calling card. dial the access number, then pin number, and finally destination number. the number that will show up on the bill is the calling card access number. bingo.
you can also use the payphone in the dorm, or borrow a friend's fon.. there are many ways to make private call.

Very true and good idea, but just calling a different number can be just as hard to explain. Esp if its a calling card number and shows you on the phone for xx mins. May protect a number, but seeing a calling card will just raise more questions and might look like you are hiding more than you really are.

Just dont use your phone. Prepaid is safer and prices are not that bad anymore. unless you plan on talking for long periods of time.
