I just got my E65 and I have to say...this phone feels very solid. Here is my quick comparison for the person who asked how it stands up to the N80. The slider on it blows away my N80 slide...the spring mechanism is alot like the one on the 8800/8801...just nudge it and it flies open with a snap sound. Coming from the N80, I have to say that the QVGA screen sucks...the N80 screen just rocks! Also, since it's an N-series phone, the gallery in the N80 is alot better with the carosel presentation. The E65 has the gallery like a S40 phone. 2 Megapixel camera without flash and no autofocus is alright...my N80's camera isn't that great to begin with, so i can live with it. The e65 just looks classy...pictures don't do it justice....the metal trim is textured around the screen. One thing I really like about this phone is how thin it is and how the edges are rounded...makes a big difference. Wifi is alot more responsive than on the N80...quick connections no lag. So far, my only gripes are that RotateMe and Handy Keylock don't work as well as they do on the N80. On RotateMe, the control pad is still responding to the portrait view, so to press up, you press left. Handy Keylock, doesn't give the option to automatically lock the keys when you close the slide. Other than that, this phone is almost perfect...just missing GPS and a 5 Megapixel camera...

HSDPA is a lot faster than UMTS. UMTS is called 3G, although 3G is a broader term to include WCDMA as well (CDMA too, am I correct?).

HSDPA is simply referred to as 3.5G.

BTW im really impressed with the RAM memory on the phone, i have never got an memory error message, even if i have opera and the "web" browser on the same time and some other applications running in the background and i can still surf on www sites =)

OK, I read the whole thread. The E65 seems fantastic. It seems kind of like a slide E50 with better specs, IMO. I didn't expect the camera to be that great. Although, Nokia should have announced this as 1.3MP. -_-" That's really 1.3MP quality.

I wasn't interested in the leaks at first, but now it sure looks like a sexy phone. The only E besides the E50 I'd consider buying.

How is the music player compared to N80? Through speaker & headset?

Thanks. Oh, i guess i misunderstood Hockey, i thought there is an autokeylock option and you don't have to install Handy Keylock like app.

I'm sure I'll be needing this too as thanks to H0CKEY and Phat^Trance I just placed an order for the E65. Hopefully overnight shipping will get it here tomorrow for weekend playtime!
