v525 buttons no longer work correctly

Hi guys,

I've found this site to be a great help while playing with a Moto v525.

I've been messing around with the phone and have changed the firmware/flex quite a few times. I've managed to get the buttons to stop working though lol. The * and # buttons work as normal and the power button works but the rest of them do nothing.

From reading through forum posts here I've now found out that certain versions of flash files should only be upgraded from other specific versions if you follow me.

Also since first flashing the phone the computer picks up the phone as a V600. I understand this is from the firmware I used but its really just annoying me, I'd like it to appear as a v525 ... any ideas?

After all that, can anyone give me any hints on how to get the buttons to work, and what firmware revisions I should realy use on this phone for the best functionality?

EDIT: I have noticed a few peeps have been having a similar prob with some V3's. Hmmm
