I agree, I'm never attempting to setup a new line over the internet again...it was a nightmare with my ic502, ordered it when it was available to the red markets only in october, finally got sick of waiting close to a month for it to come so i went into a store end of November and bought it, then faught with Sprint for 2 or 3 months to get the money and rebates back from the phone i bought online that had been returned right away.

On the side of the phone there's a "flip" button. Does anyone know what it does? I'm guessing it might switch the display from one screen to the other.

I'm thinking of bringing my RAZR back and exchanging it for this one. I have till 4/1 and i'm taking really good care of the RAZR.

Yes, BUT the leather case has a battery that is built in so you could use two batteries at once.

from what i can tell the dpad on the back can act as a virtual keypad so you can compose messages and dial numbers on it. the mp3 player will also run in the background like the m1, allowing you to utilize anything non-voice on the phone while listening to your music. it also has a bluetooth caller id feature that tells you the callers name or number through your headset. this phone is straight money

I really want the phone but does anyone have a definite date on its release? I know some got to order it online before it was pulled but the store here locally i called couldn't even find it on their master list of future releases.

The keypad and the bigger screen are not on the same side. It is really bad for texting and web surfing. Do you think M620 is better than M1?

theres a video review on phone scoop and he says that flipping the phone to txt is not nearly as annoying as he thought it was. it looks pretty easy, you initiate it on the big screen and it prompts you to flip it and had the txt on the small screen with three lines. im ok with that.

not sure who youre asking about the m1, but no one heres used the phone so i dont think were in a position to judge it against the m1

I just watched that video on YouTube. Let's imagine you are browsing the web with Opera mini. You have to flip and enter text for google, then flip to see the results, flip to search again, flip, flip and flip. Eventually, the phone will drop to the floor.

Is there any new version of Opera mini that supports TWO screens?
