If you send the message to [insert receiver's phone number here]@vzwpix.com it should go the the receiving person's phone so there is no need for the receiving person to have email support.

....ok what we're trying to say is that you can use wifi... to get on IE and check your email.... and you'll receive your MMS that way.... makes sense now?
only thing is you can't SEND mms because that requires data. and if you trace back this discussion, the individual doesn't want data. he opts for a data block

Thats what I was trying to say, maybe I wasnt explaing or we were talking about apples and oranges. I didnt see the need for email support on the phone as sending it to MIN@vzwpix.com just gets received as an MMS message.
me three - i am actually hoping it *doesn't* come out with REV A. it would just mean Verizon could charge more for the handset.
Yes, that is what I have been thinking too. I won't be getting the data plan, so it doesn't matter whether it is Rev 0 or Rev A to me. I would get a data block and use my own WiFi. I don't mind compromising on the MMS capability. So I would prefer it to be Rev 0 and a lower price tag

I believe what they are trying to say is you can SEND mms through your email, but they are all wondering what happens if the person you are SENDING IT TO doesn't not have email support on their phone.
Hence, my solution, which works for pix, but I'm not sure about MMS, just send the message to [phonenumber]@vzwpix.com.

This goes back to my thing, wont using wifi get you data and thus making you able to send MMS because when you compose an email you can attach a file and send it using wifi.
