Take it for what it's worth - just got off the phone with tech rep trying to solve my Active Sync issues and she stated they had finished their training last week on the 760, the 6800 & 755p and that they should be released in the next few weeks.

jeez, that seems like the most significant news we've heard yet. Rank and file VZW employees have seemed to be kept in the dark on these upcoming phones, so if they're starting to know something that seems to be a good sign - viva la employee!
The i730 was like $719.99 retail when introduced... - 100.00 ADD, and 100 Ne2, you were still looking at 500 bucks...
Now I don't believe that the i760 should be that high, but you never know...
ok retail it might be around the same price as the i730 or lower, BUT with a new contract... it wouldn't be that high. i would guess it'll be around $399. and add NE2 and ADD if you quality and you should be able to get it around $199. which isn't bad at all.
but i see the i760 as a little inferior to the xv6800 so i bet with a new 2 year contract, it would run around $299. maybe even $350.

Yeah, new contract pricing could float around that area... Could be my jealousy that I get to pay full retail for this thing when it comes out too..

well if you REALLY like verizon's service and network and willing to sign a new contract, you could buy the phone for the new contract pricing as well.

Maybe hes in contract already, he couldnt wait for this phone so he got another. Think of that one lol. I could be wrong, but just a guess.

You would be correct. I have had many pda phones over the years, and its rare I get a "good deal" on them... Sometimes customer service will take pity and find a way to manage a 100 discount here or there on top of my work discount, but thats about it. I change phones too often, and VZW is the only ticket in my area as far as service.
So hey, lets all hope for cheap full retail pricing on this thing!
