the testman site is just like it sounds - it is the version of the official verizon website where they upload updates and other forthcoming changes in order to *test* them before rolling them out on the real life vzw website. often times upcoming changes to the live website will show up on the testman site a couple days before they show up on the real life site.

And the fact that it is STILL down is kinda promising... like they are working on getting all the info for some new phones into all of the different places they need to be.

I wonder if Verizon moved their test site because too many "outsiders" where surfing it. The again thay could have just put a password on the site.

Where have you been? I guess you can only give news when there is any out there, and unfortunately there has been very little.

Your welcome! I have been busy with life and work. So I only post when I have something constructive to say. Besides I don't like to pad my posts with nonsense or ask for praise. Oh and one thing that I have been dying to say on here is: These phones have not been delayed for "VZ App zone or crippling"!

i agree - while i am not particularly upset about the delays in releases, i am terribly curious as to just what is actually going on. nosey might be the appropriate term
