So the batteries are eclosed and part of the back, not door like most phones? Has anyone heard anything about a docking station that would hold the phone and two batteries?

Were you able to order off of your B2B Site, or did you have to call in and order over the phone? I just breezed through our B2B site and the phone was not in there, but I do know that the sites for B2B differ from company to company. Some phones show up for one company and not the other. So I was just curious.

In that one PDF of the supposed instruction manual for the phone, it said there is an "External GPS" option, meaning there was GPS in the phone. Can you attest for this and does that mean we can integrate that with software like Google Maps and Live Search?

How much bigger is the extended battery - extra bulky?

How are the keyboard and stylus? In one of the pics you posted, the stylus didn't look like it seated all the way well.

Can you dial down contacts by name from the front keypad?

Thanks, and hope you're enjoying! I'm going to see if I can order this afternoon or tomorrow.
