I thought that was the best approach but when I did that with SCHi760ZKV they said couldn't be found. Any more tips? Thanks everyone.

I can't test these because I found this info at 11:30 EST and the call center closed at 11:00..

when I called I went to more options in first menu, and then I think 5 for "all other questions".

Told the rep I had a SKU number and it was very simple.. came right up.

You guys on this thread should not forget that it was Mr. Dude who alone mentioned the release date of 9/24. It might still be the 'official' release date though some of us may get lucky and get it sooner via CS. I personally am thankful to Mr. Dude for his help to this forum.
