List of nations that cannot be called (oversea) with cell phones

When I was in CS I know there was a list of some nations that were blacklisted with Bell Mobility cell phones (can receive call from there but cannot call there) even with the oversea (OVS) feature.

    Anyone have it ?

Or more simply: Is Algeria on the list of blaclisted nations ?

    Thank you.

i know that Lebannon is (customer complained about it the other day...CS rep mentioned there is too much fraud involved with that country, so it is blacklisted now, sorry about your luck).

Iceland?! Is there much fraud involved with that country?!

I'm sure those corner-store phone cards would circumvent the problem. And likely offer better rates anyway.

heh, i don't know why i tossed that in but pretty much any country with non conformist groups (terrorists are one of them) would be blacklisted.
