QPST "SERVICE PROGRAMMING" error

Hello,

1. I am using QPST 2.7 Build 215 to communicate with the
LG VX3450 phone via USB cable.

2. The software recognizes the phone and can connect to it.

3. I am also able to start "EFS Explorer" client to browse the file
structure.

4. However, when I try to launch "SERVICE PROGRAMMING" client, it
gives me the following error message.

Online connection failure:
Phone model PT-FFA6300-ZRF6300 not supported.

Has anyone seen this problem before? Any suggestions will be greatly
appreciated. Thanks.

I hope you got an answer because i have the same exact problem plzzzz help. its been several years hope the solution is simple somebody help
