I asked the same thing a while back and never got an answer, so I went with a 2GB and it works fine, still would like to know if the S630 is SDHC compatible though

Some S630's actually are SDHC compatible. They've been tested with 4gb cards. Some you can just pop the card right in and its visible. Others you may have to put in your computer and format to FAT32, just depends on the ROM. You can buy a 4gb microSDHC card from Best Buy and try it, take it back if it doesn't work...

Does anyone know how the reg edit to change the right softkey on the Cavalier?
I want to change it from contacts. It is not the same as it was on a PPC.

I see you have used the S630 and Ubiquio 503G. Which one do you like better and why?

Haha, I am not the only one here.

They are two different phones. The 503 was much taller then the s630. I personally like PPCs better then smartphones but I do like this Cavalier. I love touchscreen phones but the s630 has a really nice screen. The 503 had some issues, but I know there is a new ROM and most might be fixed.

All I know is that I can count on HTC, thats why I am using the s630 and not the 503g anymore.

Hi all,

I'm still dizzy from going through all the posts at once

I'm trying to decide between these two (S630 and C730) phones in order to use it here in the US/AT&T network.

Could you guys post a summary on pros and cons for each phone respect to the other one. Things that are not working properly in one ROM versus the other one, etc, etc.

I have a Dash right now (using it in ATT) that I'm planning to give to my wife. Main reason to get the S630/C730 is 3G and quad band. Faster processor is a "very" nice to have.

Anyway, thanks for your help in advance.

maevro, look here at this modaco thread for info on changing the right soft key in the first message post. You need to power cycle for the change to take effect but it works well

Can anyone post the Dopod homescreen?

I am not loving the HTC homescreen and I really don't want to use Facade. I personally think MRU is a worthless concept.
