If you want, go to the internet settings in your settings. Create a fake profile with invalid stuff, and choose it to be your default.
*I'm not sure if that would work if the phone is branded.

I just got a huge bill because of internet/data usage on my phone. I was wondering if there's a way to block it or at least password protect it somehow.
I don't know if this is an option for you, but for me I have the w810i branded. I went to settings and under the data profile you can edit the media net profile, should be login request in there and you can set it to yes. By doing so whenever I accidently or even when I receive a picture / vid message it will ask me to log in - the log in is already there just have to hit ok, then the password will come up , again all the way there just have to hit ok - kinda adds a little buffer incase you hit it by mistake.
yes it does.. when u make a fake profile it'll say connection error obvoiusly...doens't matter if phone is branded or not u can still create profiles and set them as default...Originally Posted by bigb252
