I am afraid none of those phones will work for Cingular 3G. They are not running the correct frequency for Cingulars 3G network.

The G900 only supports 3G at 2100 MHz, Cingular does not use that frequency

if you want to know the frequencies of a device you can find the device specs at this site helpful http://pdadb.net/

few, if any non-us phone supports ATTM's 3G UMTS-HSDPA. ATTM uses 850 / 1900 and Euro, Asia, gennerally use 2100. I think a few Nokia's will do tri-band UMTS, but that's about it.

Surely -- the Nokia E90 will work. It is Quad-band, and a successor to the 9300 which AT&T was selling. Dell is also selling the E90 and their fone reps will say that the E90 works on the AT&T network. ???

Will it work? Yes. Will you get 3G speed? No.
