this was a big help!! thanks! I recently bought a Ocean off someone and when I checked into the history, I was in a bit of a surprise at what was looked at and not wanting my girlfriend blame me for being a pig I had to clear everything in the history and cookies, yes a simple chore but I am still learning to use the device!

Y'know there's a firmware update that you can get at the Helio store that's suppose to prevent the "white screen of death" from happening anymore.
I went to the one in santa monica and did it and haven't had the white screen come up since.
Dunno if any other store can do it though so find out before you waste gas going to the closest one to you.
