Bell Customer Loyality Line / Retention

    Hello,

Can someone please post the 1-888 number for the above lines. I had it on a paper I got a while ago, but have since lost it.

    Thanks

From what I hear its the opposite at TELUS. They are giving everything and the farm away...
    The meaning of religion:

Catholicism teaches: if * happens, you deserve it.
Christianity teaches: if * happens, Praise god for it.
Confucianism teaches: if * happens, let it happen properly.
Taoism teaches: if you understand *, it isnt *.
Buddhism teaches: if * happens, it isnt really * b/c everything that happens to you is good.
Hinduism teaches: I've seen this * before...
Shintoism teaches: you inherit the * of your ancestors.
Atheism says I dont believe this *!!

Yeah that is true. I know someone with Telus and they screwed up their music store and gave them a $30 credit.

I can verify this too. Yesterday, I saw someone get an amazing plan through L & R.

From what I remember, Bell Mobility's Loyalty number is only to be called when THEY (The Retention Department) contact you, and you weren't available (they would leave the number for you to call) Also, when they would send retention offers through the mail, they would give the above number.

Best bet: go through regular customer service, and get warm transferred over.

Well 1-800-667-0123 number certainly didn't work, just got me back to Emily asking silly questions as usual. But after i was connected to someone, and I explained how I'm looking for an offer including free stuff, they transferred me other to the solutions department and everything is now peachy.

I haven't tried the other 800 numbers, but thanks for your help regardless!

Yeah, I did. It's weird, when you ask politely for what you want, you tend to get it. It all comes down to the offer that your cell phone provide can give you to keep you. So you can call in and threaten to cancel like 75% of people, or you can just say what you want, and your reasons for asking. You just have to be reasonable.

When customer are asking for free stuff that is reasonable, not way out there and willing to renew their term of service because they are half-way or 2/3 done of course CS will talk and you will most likely have what you want ( within reason of course ).

Just be nice and be willing to spend sometime talking with the guy and not yell and tell them you are in a rush.
