I use Exchange ActiveSync and get a ton of email each day and also my calling is around 2,000 minutes a month.
I have a Treo 700wx and I usually restart it every morning or every 2 mornings.
Doing this keeps the Treo from doing weird things.

Just curious, how often do you have to restart your device? and what is it?
My 700p constantly cant get online unless i restart it, will restart itself, or just lock up.
I'd say once every other day on average.

Wirelessly posted (Moto Q: Mozilla/4.0 Sprint:MotoQ (compatible; MSIE 4.01; Windows CE; Smartphone; 176x220))
My Q requires a power off/on at least once day to keep things like Windows Live and various other basic apps working correctly. It becomes very frustrating after awhile.
I turn it off once a day (well at night), except for when I charge it, then I leave it on...since it leaves the backlight off...
...it's a Moto Q by the way...

It's Miller Time
Moto. Q. I never restart mine. Its probably only been off less than 5 times since I got it in February,
I had a treo 700p that i never restarted, very RARELY. I have the Mogul now, i dont really soft reset it too much as i havent had any problems with it so i have no need to reset, but i do usually do it once a week, for no real reason just to refreshen windows mobile up a bit as it is not like palm OS
Treo 755p(my main phone), i haven't had any issues w/ freezing or self-resetting... i soft reset very rarely, probably once a month, just because...
Mogul(second line), from my past experience w/ PPC i do a soft reset once a week just because...
