I decided to cancel my Tmo account that was paid using FlexPay/EasyPay. I called Tmo to cancel the EasyPay automatic payment option. The agent said fine, no automatic charges will be made to your CC, just let your account run out. Well its now 5 days after the billing cycle due date and I still have service. Furthermore I just got an SMS that says a new cycle has started and I have a new 300 min bucket to use. So what's going on ? I thought this service would have stopped days ago... and I had/have Tzones for $6/mo on this account, and that is still working as well... so when is it all going to shutdown ?
what date did you cancel and what date does your new cycle start? if you already paid for a full month of service, it won't shut off until the end of your current cycle. check your credit card to see if it was charged. i hope it didn't because flexpay charges are non-refundable. if the rep notated the account, you might be able to get a refund, but from what i've experienced with flexypay customer care, they could care less.

That's not right.. The shutoff date should've been the day after your billing due date. Considering it's prepaid, if it's not paid on time, it was supposed to shut off the day after. I would call customer care and inquire about your credit card. If you get a rep who sounds like they could care less, take down their name/rep id, and call back.

Here is my question: on most prepay there is a second of silence when I answer the phone. I've noticed this with Tmotogo and At&t gophone but not on postpaid. Now I am using Flexpay and there is the silence at the start of the call. It is frustrating because I can't hear the first word the other person who is calling me is saying. Anyone else have this issue?
I need the Samsung Epic NOW!!!!!
I have verizon right now and am about to go to T Mobile and will be using their FlexPay Plan. I was wondering if I can switch my number from verizon to t mobile without the 2 year contract

There seems to be a issue with viewing call detail online. Other than that its ok.
Well I finally received an SMS saying that my service was being suspended... actually kinda reassuring... on 11/2.... but my T-Zones is still working! maybe it will work for the next 90 days....Originally Posted by monkeyboy

Not yet. They've agreed to purchase Suncom. The shareholders and regulators need to approve it still. Expected to be completed sometime in 2008.Originally Posted by chuckwjk1
