interesting, typing does seem much faster to me.
Not sure why. I would think they would put that in the change log.

At what point do you stop waiting for an update? They will be coming out forever.

That's as vague as saying don't feed a Gremlin after midnight... It's always after midnight.

Here is a list of file size diffs in the new release. This indicates there were many bug fixes/changes other than the security updates themselves.

Some of you guys crack me up with your whining. The update does exactly what they told you it does, it is a security fix, nothing else, stop whining about what it does not do yet. The fact that we are finding subtle changes tells us that they are working on refining things for an actual revision but the security flaw took priority while a work is in progress.

My signal strength seems greatly improved. I don't know is it was just a fix or chance to the strength indicator bars but just outside my office where we go to smoke I used to drop signal down to one bar, and now I have 4 bars and even in the elevators I used to drop to one or no bars and now I have 3 bars...

Anyone else see any signal strength differnece?

You will have to redo all your hacks including jailbreaking your phone again.

Not sure if this has been mentioned, but It appears that SMS chats now have time stamps added to them with 1.01, which is kinda nice.

Or... maybe they were there all along and I never noticed them before. *shrug*
