So far, no dice, even though the offer says "any helio device." They sent me to AMEX, which sent me back to helio. Right now, I'm waiting an email response....

No. The Visa/AmEx deals have been around since the Ocean came out so when it says "any" device its anything up to the Ocean.

They probably COULD..if they wanted to. But since they already have the Samsung deal going where you get $50 off any Samsung device, they probably don't feel the need for a promo code for the Fin at this time.I was wondering about that. I thought they were old.

I jsut signed up with helio and got the ocean and headset for $195 with the AMEX code and I got the old myspace no contract promo but I had to call corporate internal customer service to get it done.

I did that too, but never received my headset. I've called 4 times about it, and this last time actually seemed like something was going to get done. Yet still no headset.

So, in my consideration of looking at helio, I've been going to helios CS for help with the amex offer, mainly pushing to see if the fin is included. When I spent some time on the live chat this past weekend, they sent me to AMEX, which sent me back to helio. So I emailed them--twice--to have them make a more final decision.
Before even talking with them on live chat, I sent them an email when I first became interested. They just now responded to that email, thus:
I looked again, and it wasn't there. So I'm still digging into this, and it might just sell me on the whole thing, but I wanted to pass it along...Hi (me),

FWIW, the response I got from CS was that there is no amex promotion for the fin, even though the aforementioned code worked fine for me. I have no idea if I'll see the headset or not, but according to the reciepts and invoice I did get the savings. I'll let you know if I get the headset, which I'm going to be asking about in a few weeks if it doesn't show up....
