phone book problem

Got an V3 here, and whenever I try to access the phone book, it briefly open, (i can see the first 3 entries) and then it closes before I can access it. Any one have any ideas ?

it probably thinks ur accessing the phone but ur jnot the one whos phone it is. u can also access a phonebook with phone tools or p2kcommander or p2kman. there is a application for all mobile hones which lets u view phonebooks, i forget wat program though. i think it still is on the web.

Ran the Master reset, nothing, but the Master Clear fixed it right up. Phone book now opens properly.
