No longer taking from Nighttime minutes

Just tonight my friend realized that all her anytime mintues were gone, and they were subtracting the minutes she used at night from her anytime minutes bucket. it now reads like this:

Minute Usage Included Used Remaining Additional Used
    MINUTES IN PLAN 650 743 0 93
    OFF-PEAK OPTION 3000 1000 2000 0

so its really weird the nighttime minutes just stopped at 2000. she called *2 and they said they have never seen this. they noted this in her account and said they would be able to credit this account up to 120 minutes over but it'll probably correct itself on the bill. she's already at 93 minutes over.

I just want to know if anyone has seen this happen before or if anyone can help out here *ahem*cruznis*ahem*
I read boards alot and never read this type of thing happening.

This is not a new account and not a shared account, no time zone issues and not an 8/9pm thing. she has had this retention plan for months and this is the first sign of something screwy.

any advice would be appreciated, thanks.

I've seen that happen from time to time. It usually happens to new customers starting in the middle of a bill cycle, plan changes in the middle of cycle, changed bill cycle, or coming out of a non paid status. It will correct itself on the bill as explained.

but none of these cases apply to her. should i just not worry and continue usage as normal and hope when the bill comes it'll be correct?
