AT&T... your world, throttled.
Where are people confirming Edge Wireless 3g coverage? I can't find anything of hofo. I live in 97470 (Oregon) and would love 3g.....

Would still be interested in selling my Motorola i930. Not in the best condition (outside lcd screen doesn't work, spring to flip the phone shut won't click closed anymore) - but hey, that just means I'd sell it for less. Unlocked and decerted, of course
. PM me if interested.
It's live with Edge Wireless here in the Ukiah, CA area, Ukiah is about 105 miles north of San Francisco here in Mendocino County. I live in Redwood Valley, about 8 miles north of Ukiah, the 3G stops about 2 miles south of me, but it's getting closer!
In Oregon, somebody on here (I can't remember who) said Edge has 3G live there in Roseburg, and it has been confirmed in Southeast Idaho, in Idaho Falls and Pocatello for sure. It's not eveywhere yet, so it's very possible you're in an area of Roseburg where it isn't live.
Edit-Keep in mind, Edge hasn't officially announced it yet, right now they are in the deployment and testing stages. It is nice getting 1.02 mbps though, and once they finish tweaking it I expect even better speeds![]()

I haven't heard any, I know AT&T is going to be doing some MAJOR turn up of 3G in NorCal after TDMA and AMPS gets shut off in Feb of 2008. Edge Wireless (AT&T Affiliate) shut off their TDMA this summer, and they never had to worry about AMPS as they are 1900 only.Originally Posted by brooke
There's another hofo'er in roseburg? That's amazing! Too bad I can't test to see if I have 3g at $10.24 a mb. I'll have to find out somehow...Originally Posted by ilvla2
As always, good work on the update! Is there way to add the pdf-only (new coverage) maps yet?

Yowza! Thanks for that. I was hoping it was running, even though officially it isn't until later this year. Where else do you get a 3G signal? Maybe easier, where *don't* you? Thanks for the info.Originally Posted by mindfoo

The AT&T National Coverage Viewer Maps were updated again and are now available with the date of 12/10/07. Wow 2 months in a row, they must of hired a competent employee finally?
