It probably is, but you gotta buy a solo bell phone. Haven't seen any after-market ones. I know people that have the black 6275i, and you can easily see the scratches on the phone and it looks like the black off the buttons are comin off.. looks more like filmy plastic coming off.

okay for those of you that want to take of the housing.. this is how it is done.. well atleast the front cover that can come off.. and then you would have to screw off the other parts.. this is thanks for a guy named phillip.

If you remove the battery cover you will notice 4 slots or openings around the outside edge in the black plastic housing. One on each side around the middle, and one on each side around the bottom. You fit a VERY small flat head jewelery screwdriver into those openings and slide it in between the bit of silver metal tab you can se and the black plastic outside frame. Gently pry the silver tabs inward while gently pulling the silver metal housing apart. I did this by sliding my fingernail between the edge on the outside of the phone where the silver front frame meets the black plastic that borders the center of the phone. Slowly pop the silver metal frame out at each of the 4 spots and then just slide the metal face up and off!
However, what your then left with is the phone with no face and the board and rest are secured using several VERY small screws (you need a special screwdriver for this)
