I downloaded some applications. One thing I notice is that there are a lot of files, both PNG and CLASS files. I've tried renaming the CLASS fies to JAR, and copying the entire folder to the OTHER folder, however when I click on "install" from the phone, it says "operation failed."

Is there a different method with this phone to install programs??

I am not having any luck here...
